Who are we?

This website is run by Muro Partners VOF, Hoge Kaart 59, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium, Company no. 0643.558.178, e-mail: muro.partners@telenet.be. We are responsible for processing your personal data.

What data do we process, and why?

We only process the data you give us yourself:

1. When you e-mail us: your name, e-mail address and the content of your message, to answer your question.
2. When you join our waiting list or newsletter: your name and e-mail address, plus your company, phone number, address, VAT number, desired quantity and message if you fill them in. We use them to tell you about a new harvest and to handle your reservation, and only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies.

To see how visitors use the website, we count visits with Umami. This happens without cookies and without personal data: we cannot see who you are.

Who do we share your data with?

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us host the website or send e-mails through Web3Forms, and only for that purpose.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your question. Waiting-list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can always view, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Just send an e-mail to muro.partners@telenet.be. We reply within one month.
